User Experiences

Great amount of information on diversity for someone who did not understand the content before beginning.

— Course Learner

I enjoyed the ability to engage through surveys, reflections, and quizzes, and the information was presented in a very digestible manner considering the length of the course.

— Course Learner

My favourite thing about this course is that you walk away with simple "action items" that you can use/incorporate into your behaviour immediately. I also appreciate that this course continues to be updated (I've done it several times for my certification), and I really enjoyed the addition of the interview/podcast clips.
