Gender Diversity Basics
Virtual or in-person education session 1 hour in length for all employees on gender diversity in the workplace. The session covers content, such as key concepts and terms, unique challenges of transgender and non-binary people, tips for how to respectfully interact (e.g., pronouns, gender-inclusive language, and mistake recovery).
Gender Diversity for Managers
The education session for managers touches on how to create an inclusive workplace, including responsibilities to support of transgender and non-binary employees before, during, and after coming out at work. The session is one hour long and has 8 polls to engage attendees.

Intermediate Gender Diversity
Attendees learn the practical ways that employees can support their transgender and non-binary co-workers and avoid inadvertently doing harm. The session is one hour long and has 6 polls to engage attendees.
